Ordering
Elias Woodwork accepts orders either in metric to the nearest millimeter or in inches to the nearest 1/16”. Whenever you are ordering or speaking with a Customer Service Representative, please refer to cabinet doors WIDTH by HEIGHT.

Elias Woodwork welcomes orders anywhere from one door to several thousand. Please inquire for project prices if you have a larger job to quote. When manufacturing multiple doors of the same size and profiles the efficiency in the shop increases substantially for this type of product, allowing us to pass those savings on to you. This project pricing is a job by job basis and completely separate from your standard discount.
Production Lead Times
Standard order lead times are 7-10 business days depending on workload.
Rush Orders
Rush orders have a lead time of 3-5 business days.
Warranty
Elias Woodwork guarantees thermofoil doors and accessories against yellowing, delamination or any apparent hidden defect that might affect their quality or cause premature deterioration for a period of 5 years from date of shipment. This guarantee does not apply to any deterioration of the product resulting from normal wear, or when damages are caused by:
- improper installation or exposure to the elements
- any alteration, modification or transformation of the product
- exposure to temperatures above 85° C (185°F)
Tolerances
Elias Woodwork warrants that it's RTF & MDF cabinet doors have a size tolerance of +/- 1mm.
Color Sample Chains
Elias Woodwork's RTF vinyl sample kit costs $5.00 and includes 32 color sample chips. We would recommend ordering a complete door sample to show the real beauty and texture especially in some of the more metallic colors. Please note that the pictures on this website may vary slightly from the products you may receive due to different computer monitors as well as the textures and reflective values related to the given vinyl product.
